Released on April 10, 2015, the Samsung Galaxy S6 was a leap forward in terms of power for the Galaxy line, featuring a new processor in addition to support for NFC payments, a metal unibody frame, and glass backing, which allowed for wireless charging. Despite the removal of several features due to the phone’s new metal body, including waterproofing, a removable battery, an SD card slot, and a USB 3.0 port, the phone was a massive hit at the time of its release.

The Galaxy S6 also includes an upgraded camera—the same found in the Galaxy Note 4—with real-time HDR, object tracking autofocus, and optical image stabilization. The phone also saw improvements in the way of a 1440p display and a touch-based fingerprint scanner, a departure from the swipe-based one of previous Galaxy phones.

You could have treated your Galaxy like your own child, but that still didn’t stop some tragedy from befalling it. Maybe it saw a fall onto some pavement, or maybe it was victim to a spill. Or maybe something on it just stopped working all on its own.

Here's What We Can Fix

Cracked Screen

That gorgeous 1440p, 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display (boy, that’s a mouthful) doesn’t have quite the same sheen to it when it has multiple crack lines running through it. Let us get you set up with a replacement.

Charging Port

Without a working charging port, you don’t have a working battery, and without a working battery, you don’t have a working phone. Is your charging port littered with dirt or dust? Try cleaning it out. If that doesn’t work, let us know and we’ll get you set up with a repair.

What good’s a phone if you can’t make calls with it? If callers hear fuzzy or crackling sounds when you’re talking to them, try cleaning out your microphone. If you still run into problems, contact us and we’ll take care of a repair.

Headphone Jack

One of the best things about your Galaxy is having tons and tons of music and videos in your pocket. If your headphone jack is on the fritz, suddenly all that media isn’t nearly as enjoyable. Hearing static or crackling sounds when your ear buds are plugged in? Let iCracked repair your headphone jack for you.

Home Button

Is pressing your S6’s home button not as easy as it was before? Is Samsung Pay not working because your phone can’t read your fingerprint anymore? You might need a home button repair.

Ear Speaker

Are your friends’ and family’s voices coated in a nasty layer of static and fuzzy, crackly sounds? Or are you not hearing anything at all? You could have a case of a foreign material (like dirt or dust) stuck in your ear speaker. Or you could just need a repair.

Side Button

Without the use of your side buttons, controlling your S6’s volume becomes a much harder task. Let us know if you’re in need of a side button repair—we’ll send a repair specialist anywhere you want, any time you want.

Front/Rear Camera

16 megapixels are pretty useless if your S6’s camera is broken. Photos coming out blurry? Are your camera apps crashing when you try opening them? iCracked will take care of the problem.

Power Button

Turning your phone on and off can turn into quite a chore without the use of your power button. If your power button’s given up, let us know. We’ll send one of our expert repair specialists to breathe new life into it.

Loud Speaker

Fuzzy, crackling sounds coming from your phone’s loud speaker is never a good sign. If you’re hearing strange noises, it’s probably time to get your Galaxy looked at. Let iCracked take care of things.
